Identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts and increasing sales growth.
Carrying out regular feedback analysis, competitor, position market survey and formulated action plan.
Sales Promotion/ Branding
Organizing sales promotional programs & participating in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
Conducting competitor analysis by constantly keeping abreast of market trends.
Handling sales promotional activities for focused products while ensuring their availability, timely distribution, etc.
Channel Sales (Dealers Network)
Secondary Sales Support
Market Analysis, Potential clients survey.

Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduates
4 to 8 years of experience in Sales
Should have the basic Mechanical engg knowledge.
Should be aware of the trial process of various products like Files / HSS Drills / Abrasives etc.
Should have the attitutde to handle routine technical complaints.
No issues in handling operator level peoples
Excellent analytical skills to decifer logical conclusions from the available data like Sales Trends, Competition, Pricing etc
