Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

What you will be doing

Jiva Ayurvedic Pharmacy Limited (www.jiva.com) is looking for an Assistant Manager-Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain patients, managing marketing campaigns, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring the sales targets are met. Here is a detailed list of responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the wellness center.

Sales:

1. Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and strategies to capture them.
2. Lead Management:
• Generate, nurture, and convert leads through various channels.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
3. Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Operational Management:

1. Daily Operations:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the wellness center.
• Ensure that all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

2. Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of service and care.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support personnel.
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment with center goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall client experience.

An ideal candidate will have the following

• Education: Bachelor's/Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, strategic thinker, and excellent multitasking abilities.
