Assistance Manager ,Logistics

Strategically plan and manage 3PL logistics, warehouse and transportation.

Responsible to manage, optimize and fulfill complete order life cycle for offline and online orders.

Handling and Supervise of all marketplaces orders fulfillment and their stocks management.

Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, pick-up times, transport costs and efficiency.

Resolve any arising problems or complaints with in the warehouse.

Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.

Maintain metrics, Create SOP’s and analyze data to access performance and implement improvements.

Comply with laws, regulations and defined SOP’s.

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
