Job Responsibilities

Good to have basic knowledge in Automotive Electrical and Electronic components.

Experience in support activity for PLM related tool

Need to provide tool training in-house (training room) and off the premise (online).

Develop competency towards EE Domain and wiring knowledge know how.

Interacting with global team for understanding, various interface application.

Understanding the End user issue and provide on time support with necessary solution.

Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts in Confluence and Jira tool.

Working closely with clients to understand the process and functional change on every release.

Intermediate knowledge in automotive release process.

Must be able to create the audio visual training for user manual content.

Requirements

Must to have German speaking skill to do the role effectively

Minimum of bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field.

A minimum of 4 years experience in service operation/testing

Knowledge in Agile methodology and good communication skill.

Understanding of Data Engineering , Visualization and Reporting

Basic Knowledge in coding language -Python
