This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather financial data, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to drive strategic business decisions.Key Responsibilities : Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) : Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.Budgeting and Forecasting : Work closely with department heads to prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis.Financial Reporting : Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to management.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Decision Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.Evaluate the financial impact of various business scenarios and provide recommendations.Risk Management : Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate potential issues.Stay informed about industry trends and economic factors affecting the business.Ad Hoc Analysis : Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support special projects or senior management requests. 10 - 15 years
