6. Surprise JC Audits
7. SPOC for North Region
8. To Monitor JC health for the Region &@ ensure JC best in class
performance
9. To ensure KPI for each state in Region is tracked and deviations are
corrected Process adherence at JC and improvement plan for deviation
10. To be responsible for Jio Phone after sales support at Jio Point &@
Jio Centre for the region
11. Track &@ Monitor JC speed and cost KPIs
12. Communicate effectively with dealer channel on DOA/@DAP processess
13. Monitor the channel partners satisafaction for the Region &@ ensure
defectives are deliverd from the channel after due process ensures they
