Jio is Hiring for Field Engineer for Chennai Location

Experience -: 2 + years

Location -: Tambaram

Roles and Responsibility -:

• Ensure material tracking and reconciliation management
• Visit sites regularly and ensure all sites are operational
• Supervise radio frequency optimization related activities
• Oversee quality control of vendors & contractors.
• Conduct acceptance test processes.
• Assist Senior Field Engineers in audits on time to time basis.
• Manage deployment related activities conducted by vendors,,contractors.
• Configure L2 switch to connect access points and enhance network.
• Trouble shoot faults related to router and replace faulty hardware.
• Link capacity upgrade / microwave upgrade for sites with more than,70% utilization.
• Execute field activities as per work orders issued by Network,Operations Centre
• Meet customers, conduct surveys and provide feedback on network,coverage and capacity improvement
• Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plan and carry out joint field,survey to verify route, equipment and structure
• Release final design for construction in compliance to engineering,and business guidelines,
• Release capacity augmentation and change request plan as required to,continue execution
