Job Description
- Responsible for application support of private cloud
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud applications.
- Maintain and improve system health using monitoring tools, identifying potential bottlenecks or failures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for incident responses, troubleshooting, and solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs for application uptime, response time, and issue resolution.
- Assist in the configuration and optimization of cloud resources, balancing cost and performance.
- Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
