Application Support Engineer

• Must have hands on Creating & run complex queries in MSSQL
• Experience of working along with engineering team

• Address and resolve issues reported through the Freshdesk ticketing system promptly and efficiently.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation related to issue resolution processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
• Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require development intervention or deeper technical expertise.
• Adhere to established SLAs for incident response and resolution times, ensuring timely and effective support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Investigate recurring issues to identify underlying causes, propose and implement permanent solutions or workarounds to prevent future occurrences.
• Offer technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize applications and systems supported by the team.
• Proactively monitor system performance metrics and alerts, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
