L2 Engineer Backhaul

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure implementation of defined procedure and processes,

2. Execute IP/ATP of all the equipment as per project roll out plan,

3. Conduct root cause analysis of data from the site for the critical,faults,

4. Plan IP/ATP (acceptance testing plan) schedules for the entire,circle in coordination with all wireline PBOTs,

5. Extend level 2 support for internet protocol and transfer to ensure,resolution of network issues within SLA,

6. Collaborate with infra team for network management with respect to,preventive and corrective maintenance
