Role- Customer Service Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent or exceptionally good English communication skills required.
• Applicant must have minimum 1 year of Customer Service Voice process experience.(International BPO experience preferred)
• Candidate must be Graduate (Mandatory)
• Maximum age criteria is 35 years.
• Candidate must be comfortable with Rotational shifts and 1 rotational week off.
• Looking forward for immediate joiners

Roles and Responsibilities:

• This role involves handling chat, email and phone inquiries with professionalism
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding hospital services, appointments and billing.
• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for high end customers.

Shift timings -

7 AM to 3.30 PM/ 9 AM to 5:30 PM/ 12 PM to 8.30 PM/ 2 PM to 10:30 PM/ 10:20 PM to 7 AM (Shift will be changed as per business requirement)

Salary - upto 35K. (Negotiable)
