The Finance Officer will work with the staff based at India Country Office to assist in the implementation of activities and support finance functions.
The position will report directly to Senior Finance Officer at the India Country Office..
Responsibilities.
Provide data entry support for generating transactions in accounting software Quick Books and.
replication of transactions in Tally.
Assist with bookkeeping, financial records keeping and filing..
Preparing working and adjusting in books as per Accounting Standards like Capitalization, Expense.
payable, reclassification of heads, any other adjustment..
Preparation, maintenance and updating of Fixed Assets Register, Depreciation Schedule and.
reconciliation with Inventory software on monthly basis..
Support in preparation of various annexures/schedules and adjustments required as per the.
Companies Act and ICAI guidelines..
Reviewing Vendor invoices, Staff claims, Consultants, Travel/ Activity advances and its liquidation.

Preparing NEFTs, uploading and processing payments through S2B and Dispatching checks/drafts.
