Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Undertake qualitative and quantitative studies to decode the requirements and habits of our users.
Design Execution: Draft wireframes, create prototypes, and finalize visual designs that lucidly articulate design ideas and solutions.
Team Collaboration: Join forces with product managers and the technical crew to guarantee alignment of design with functional and code requisites.
Design Advocacy: Champion the ethos of user-centric design throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Feedback Iteration: Organize usability assessments and extract feedback, thereby refining and optimizing design outcomes.
Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the evolving landscape of UI/UX design, assimilating contemporary trends and best practices.
Prerequisites:
A solid tenure of at least 7 years in UI/UX design.
An impressive portfolio that elucidates your design methodology and adeptness in addressing challenges.
Proficiency in design applications including but not limited to Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop .
An innate ability to steer projects independently and assume full project ownership.
Comprehensive grasp of responsive design techniques and a dedication to accessibility standards .
Familiarity with the dynamics of an agile development milieu .
A Bachelor s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is advantageous.
