Senior UI/UX Designer

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer who possesses a deep comprehension of user-centered design paradigms. The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of designing compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Within this role, the designer will be accountable for the entire design journey, encompassing research, brainstorming, prototyping, and final execution. Collaborating closely with our product and development clusters, the Senior UI/UX Designer will play a pivotal role in ensuring an uninterrupted and intuitive user experience for our clientele. 1. User Research: Undertake qualitative and quantitative studies to decode the requirements and habits of our users.
2. Design Execution: Draft wireframes, create prototypes, and finalize visual designs that lucidly articulate design ideas and solutions.
3. Team Collaboration: Join forces with product managers and the technical crew to guarantee alignment of design with functional and code requisites.
4. Design Advocacy: Champion the ethos of user-centric design throughout the lifecycle of the project.
5. Feedback Iteration: Organize usability assessments and extract feedback, thereby refining and optimizing design outcomes.
6. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the evolving landscape of UI/UX design, assimilating contemporary trends and best practices.

• A solid tenure of at least 7 years in UI/UX design.
• An impressive portfolio that elucidates your design methodology and adeptness in addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in design applications including but not limited to Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop .
• An innate ability to steer projects independently and assume full project ownership.
• Comprehensive grasp of responsive design techniques and a dedication to accessibility standards .
• Familiarity with the dynamics of an agile development milieu .
• A Bachelor s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is advantageous.
