Job Description
GemGem is seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The System Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and designing IT systems, software applications, and technology solutions to meet the business requirements identified by stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT systems, software applications, and technology solutions.
- Design and develop system architecture, software design, and integration solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct system analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions are implemented according to specifications and meet quality standards.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT systems, software applications, and technology solutions to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in system analysis, software design, and integration.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, and technical design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# and experience with software development tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
