The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and highly functional digital products. Your creativity and expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the user journey across our platforms.
Responsibility
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios based on research findings.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure designs meet business goals and user needs while aligning with brand guidelines.
- Analyze test results and iterate on designs to improve usability and user experience.
- Provide design support during development to ensure implementation matches design specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong UI/UX design skills and successful projects.
