Placement Officer

Job Description for Placement Officer:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage and introduce new companies and manage existing corporate to the placement process

• Manage student-related activities with respect to placements from Job posting, Applications, Database of students including

historical data

• Engage with alumni and leverage their network

• Conduct job fair

• Design corporate presentation of Jetkings brand and product for corporate engagement

• Ensure smooth functioning of the placement unit by streamlining student interactions, Faculty meetings, scheduling of all other

meetings within the institute

• Preparing the placement calendar and scheduling companies on institute and lead all communication related to recruiters

• Provide career services to students

• Leverage social media platforms for employer branding and networking.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidate must be a graduate

• IT background and MBA HR is bonus

• Candidate must have an experience of 1-2 years

• Prior campus placement experience is a bonus

• Good Networking with strong communication skills

• Good ICT skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point)
