Job Purpose: This job opening is for Jet2 Travel Technologies Private Limited (J2TT) which provides Information Technology services to Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays. We are looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Executive professional with the proven expertise in hiring of junior to Manager level IT professionals in the domain of IT Software and Product Development industry, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Ability to manage the full life cycle of recruitment process which includes, candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview scheduling, closing and follow up with the offered candidate till the closure. You will manage end to end recruitment process including requirement understanding, job specifications and ideal candidate profile for the role, to effectively manage candidate sourcing and screening. Also provide expert feedback from a recruitment standpoint on any changes to job descriptions and/or recruitment process. The broad responsibilities are as follows: • Candidate sourcing - Source potential candidates from various recruitment channels such as job portals, referrals, internal database and networking. • Candidate screening- short listing applicant resumes and conduct periodic feedback sessions with the hiring managers to discuss effectiveness of screening criterion. • Logistics - Schedule & coordinate the interview between applicant and interviewer. • Job Offer- Coordinate between hiring manager, HR and applicant for offer rollout, negotiation, and offer acceptance. • Managing drop-out rate- Be in constant touch with selected applicants to ensure that they don’t drop-out between offer acceptance and joining, and flag risks where necessary. • Recruitment agency- Act as a single point of contact for all recruitment agencies. • MIS- Preparation of scheduled and ad-hoc reports providing key insights on the status of recruitment & on-boarding process. Qualification & Experience: • Graduate/Post graduate from a reputed institute • 4 yrs to 6 yrs hands on experience in IT recruitment out of minimum six months of experience in hiring for IT Software and Product Development industry hiring • Experience of working with a small medium sized IT services company will be an added advantage Desired skills: • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Self-starter should be able to hit the ground running • High on accountability and ownership • Result oriented • Ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholders • Stable and long-term approach
