Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Client Servicing Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and expanding our client base. This role offers the opportunity to support the Private Banking team in delivering exceptional client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to oversee the operational and strategic aspects of client investment journeys.

- Build and sustain relationships with CXO-level clients and other high-potential individuals, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

- Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and prospect new clients, particularly within key segments such as startup founders and CXOs of emerging industries.

Key Requirements:

- Proven ability to engage high-profile clients with professionalism and confidence.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market opportunities effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building long-term trust.

- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly MS Excel, and the ability to present insights clearly.

- Experience in client servicing, preferably within boutique investment firms, asset management, or similar industries.
