Role & responsibilities

1. Timely collection of MIS and submitting to MD.
2. Identify discrepancies, inconsistent data and bring to the knowledge of MD.
3. Project status and updates follow ups.
4. Approachable personality. Facilitate business as usual if MD is unavailable in office by being a connecting link.
5. Manage MD's calender and efficient conduct meetings by updating MD prior to schedule time.
6. Managing MD office documentation process. Facilitate MD by providing right records on time.
7. Conduct certain meetings delegated by MD and update him.
8. Manage MD office travel itenery and make arrangements of travel.
9. Attending Guests to ensure pleasant experience. Make complete arrangements for guests and specified.

10. Professionally facilitate senior management on official matters whereever required.

11. Interacting and attending business few important business stakeholders to aid business.
