Opening For Execuitve -Guest Relations

1. Patient Support:

Assist in providing support to patients, their families and visitors. Address their inquiries, concerns and needs in a courteous and timely manner.

2. Communication:

Maintain clear and professional communication with patients, their families and hospital staff. Relay information about hospital services, policies and any changes as required.

3. Guest Satisfaction:

Assist in enhancing patient and guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, ensuring timely responses to requests and participating in initiatives to improve the overall guest experience.

4. Complaint Handling:

Support the handling and documentation of patient and family complaints. Collaborate in the investigation and resolution of issues in adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

5. Data Collection:

Assist in collecting data related to patient and guest satisfaction. Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of data to help improve services and address recurring issues.

6. Visitor Services:

Assist in maintaining and enhancing visitor services and amenities within the hospital, including waiting areas, visitor guidelines and services for families and friends of patients.

7. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, industry regulations and legal requirements in all guest relations activities and procedures.

8. Collaboration:

Collaborate with other hospital departments to support the patient experience and address issues efficiently. Work as a team to improve overall services.

9. Documentation:

Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation of guest relations activities, including patient feedback and incident reports.
