- Research: Engage in scholarly research activities within the field of physics
- Publish research findings in reputable journals and participate in academic conferences to contribute to the advancement of knowledge
- Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in academic and career-related matters
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
- Participation in Academic Committees: Collaborate with colleagues on various academic committees to contribute to institutional decision-making processes
- Professional Development: Stay current with developments in physics education, pedagogy, and research
- Pursue continuous professional development to enhance teaching and research skills
- Lab Management: Oversee and manage physics laboratories, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for experiments and practical learning
