Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all HR activities using Time Office Administration systems.
  
• Implement measures to control attrition rates through counseling sessions with underperforming employees.
  
• Oversee attendance management, including tracking employee hours worked, leave requests, and absences.
  
• Handle grievances of employees in a fair and timely manner, ensuring resolution within the prescribed timeframe.
  
• Ensure effective manpower management by planning, coordinating, and implementing HR strategies to achieve business objectives.
