Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, as well as managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for all departments.
- Employee Management: Maintain employee records, manage R&R programs, and process attendance & payroll.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws (PT, PF, etc.) with HR consultants.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Campus Administration: Oversee administrative needs for all campuses.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Manage vendors and maintain records of office assets and supplies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- Experience in HR and administration, preferably in education.
- Strong HR knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll software a plus.
