Control And Instrumentation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and provide inputs for C & I engineering activities in the projects and tendering phase of all proposals identify technical risks and mitigation measures, interpret customer specifications and all vendor proposals and manage the engineering risk approval process.

• Prepare and maintain engineering projects schedule for assigned scope, documentation and control all engineering deliverables as per requirements.
  
• Design, develop, test, and implement control systems using APC, DCS, SCADA, PLC, and OEM technologies.
  
• Ensure accurate instrument handling and calibration to maintain system performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for plant design and optimization projects.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to instrumentation and control systems.
  
• Provide technical support for maintenance activities.

• Lising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities.

• Project management within cost and time constricted environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Control & Instrumentation Engineering (C&I) in power industry.

• Experience in instrumentation selection and installation, especially in power industry.
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication or Electrical and Electronics field.
  
• Strong knowledge of industrial automation concepts such as APc, Dcs, Scada, Plc, Oem technologies.

• Experience in preparing, reviewing cable schedule. Hook up diagrams, installation drawing, control logic, instrument list.
