Role & Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation systems and equipment.

2. Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems.

3. Monitor automation processes and ensure their smooth functioning.

4. Oversee the integration of instrumentation systems with electrical circuits.

5. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure safety and performance.

6. Prepare, update, and maintain ISO-compliant documentation for instrumentation systems and processes.

7. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards as per ISO guidelines.

8. Manage utilities such as HVAC, boilers, compressors, and other support systems related to instrumentation.

9. Monitor utility performance to ensure optimal usage and efficiency.

10. Support project teams in the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation systems.

11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
