Reporting to Associate Director - Business Finance

The primary responsibility of this function is to work on financial planning, reporting, Budget Vs. Actual variance analysis, financial modelling to evaluate profitability of product/services; effective management of monthly/quarterly business operating review process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and business dashboards.
• Perform analysis on monthly business results, including variance analysis, and provide actionable insights and business commentary for senior management.
• Collaborate with departments head and Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Drive system and report automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through advanced data analytics and visualization tools such as Adv excel, Power BI or other relevant tools.
• Utilize financial data and business plan to enhance decision-making and improve overall business performance.
• Provide financial insights for business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Drive Credit and Inventory controls
• Help enhance accounting and operational systems and processes
• Support annual/ half-yearly budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• FEMA compliances wrt AD banks
• Management of foreign subsidiaries
• Account receivables
• Liaison with banks and consultants as per the requirement
• Any other task as per the requirement

Prior experience/ Key skills:

• Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Handled a multi business unit level MIS activity
