HR Officers may also handle disciplinary actions and assist in employee performance management.HR Policies and Procedures: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. HR Officers ensure that employees understand and comply with HR policies and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.Benefits and Compensation: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
