Job Summary:.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5-8 years of experience in the B2C market, particularly in the jewelry industry.
The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage end-to-end product lifecycles to enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap in line with business goals and market trends in the jewelry industry.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, consumer behavior studies, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Development: Gather feedback and insights from customers to drive product improvements and innovations that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure timely product launches and seamless execution.
- E-commerce Optimization: Develop and optimize digital experiences, ensuring an intuitive user journey and maximizing conversions.
- Pricing Strategy: Implement competitive pricing models based on market dynamics and consumer preferences.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics (e.g, revenue, retention, engagement) and propose actions to improve key outcomes.
- Innovation: Identify and implement new features and product lines to enhance customer value and differentiation in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management with a focus on B2C, preferably within the jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, e-commerce platforms, and omnichannel retail strategies.
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering customer-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, or customer loyalty programs.
- Knowledge of jewelry design, manufacturing, or sourcing processes.
