Senior Research Executive (Primary, Quantitative Research) - EST Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Research Executive with expertise in primary quantitative research to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end quantitative research projects, from survey design to data analysis and report delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of quantitative research projects, including survey design, fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting.
• Survey Design: Develop and implement surveys for various market research projects, ensuring questions are clear, unbiased, and aligned with research objectives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative data using advanced statistical tools and techniques, and derive actionable insights from data sets.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly communicate research findings to clients and internal teams.
• Client Interaction: Act as the key point of contact with clients, ensuring that all deliverables meet their needs and expectations, while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data collected, implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and strategy teams, to provide valuable insights that support decision-making processes.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior research team members, helping to build their skills and knowledge.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in primary quantitative research, preferably within a market research firm or corporate research department.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantitative research methodologies and software/tools
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data, and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable research outputs.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems, particularly in challenging or time-sensitive situations.
• Client-Focused: Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor research to meet their objectives.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with online survey tools
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques such as regression analysis, factor analysis, or conjoint analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
