Senior Research Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Researcher to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing research projects, contributing to the development of innovative solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The Senior Researcher will play a key role in driving strategic research initiatives, influencing the direction of product development, and providing insights to enhance business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage advanced research projects from conception through to execution and delivery of results.

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various methodologies (e.g., surveys, interviews, experiments, data analysis).

- Analyze and interpret research data, drawing actionable insights and presenting findings to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (product, design, engineering, marketing) to ensure alignment of research with business objectives.

- Develop and refine research methodologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance the rigor and impact of research.

- Mentor and guide junior researchers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.

- Contribute to the preparation of research reports, academic papers, and presentations for internal and external audiences.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, research methodologies, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge approaches.

- Support the development of research proposals and grant applications, as necessary.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of research experience in a professional setting, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.

- Strong expertise in research design, data collection, and statistical analysis.

- Proficiency with research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, MATLAB, etc.).

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

- Experience with publishing research findings in academic journals or industry conferences is a plus.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or advanced statistical modeling techniques.
