Prepare technical offers.
Prepare the cost estimation for the product.
Approval of techno commercial offers from the zonal heads and submittion to client.

Post Order

Generate SOS in the SAP/ERP after receiving the purchase order.
Prepare GA requisition.
Submit the drawings & QAP to client.
Prepare the Contract Review Check Sheet (CRCS), and get it approved from zonal head and MD.
Distribute the SOS to relevant departments.
Forward the approved drawings and documents to concerned department.
Follow-up with production for executing the order.
