Refrigeration Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience on screw compressor and piston type compressors.
• Experiences on ammonia gas R-404 & R-32 gas, Glycol
• Operate the equipment such a
• cooling and freezing units, refrigerators, batch freezers, and chillers, to cool or freeze products. (-40 Degrees, -25 Degress,0 to 4degress & 8 to 10 degrees)
• ensuring that all equipment is operating at its proper capacity to performing routine checks and fixing issues
• Experience on condenser, solenoid valves, Expansion valves, LG coolers, Ammonia pumps, Ante & Air lock rooms.
• Experience on PHE, High pressure & Low-pressure tanks
• Operation knowledge on Scada, HMI
• Utilizes and updates PID, technical manuals, manufacturers files and other record keeping.
• Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and reports
• Perform any and all duties which may be assigned
