Job Description
- Build and improve Two Wheeler products by leveraging channels, technology, customer insights and competition benchmarking.
- Understanding of process and systems including core banking, CRM and lead management.
- Strong understanding of key regulations pertain to Two Wheeler Product & Services.
- Excellent communication skills to handle cross functional teams and vendors.
- Well versed with process designing, keeping all regulatory aspect in mind.
- Able to provide the excellent consumer experience through seamless process design and product proposition.
- Prior experience in managing Two Wheeler products and regulatory audits.
- Responsible for building and managing entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Designing and launch new products and programs for ETB & NTB customers.
- Building the relevant processes for customer on-boarding, related service requests.
- Serve as the internal and external evangelist for Two Wheeler product offering, closely working with front end team, alternate channels and key customers.
- Work with marketing team to define the go to market strategy for assigned products, helping then understand the product positioning, key benefits, target market and customers.
- Engagement with the OEMs & dealers .
- Analysing the customer portfolio to drive product penetration and cross sell initiatives through customer campaigns and branch sales campaign.
- Ensure on going competitor analysis for product features and rates, etc.
- Work jointly with IT, Compliance and other teams for system development and process initiatives
- Responsible for Internal & External Audit related to Two Wheeler products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven & go getter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)
