Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance Management: Update and maintain the attendance records of employees.
2. Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
3. Stock Updates: Keep track of office supplies and stock levels, ensuring timely restocking.
4. Travel Arrangements: Handle hotel and flight bookings for staff and visitors.
5. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
6. Stationery Management: Monitor and update office stationery inventory.
7. Expense Management: Maintain and update the expense sheet history.
8. Birthday Celebrations: Coordinate and organize birthday celebrations for employees.
9. Festival Decorations: Assist in decorating the office for festivals and special occasions.
10. Voucher and Bill Handling: Collect and clear vouchers, and manage bill collection processes.
11. Expense Sheet Verification: Regularly check and verify expense sheets for accuracy.
12. Grocery Management: Load and organize groceries for office use as needed.
13. Bill Payments: Ensure all monthly bills are cleared by the 1st of each month.
14. Courier Management: Place and pack couriers, ensuring timely dispatch.

Skills & Qualifications:

1.Strong communication and organizational skills.
2.Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
3. Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel).
4. Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
