Desired Background :

- The person should be from sales background.

- Energetic, good communication, presentable.

- Excellent in communication, well connected in the region

- Should be handling project business through architects and interior designers.

- Able to understand requirements from interior designers and architectures.

- Should possess analytical mind with strong business acumen.

- Person associated with - lighting, laminates, sanitary ware, ceramic, home furnishing, paints, kitchenware, plywood, modular furniture will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- To develop a deep understanding about the Company's Products, Sales & Marketing operations and our competitors.

- To come up with the consumer insight and contribute in the external market research and events.

- To develop relationship with leading architects and interior designers across India.

- Sales Strategy plan, Product positioning and road map to achieve sales target.

- Plan and execution of International & domestic Trade Fair's and exhibition.

- Leading a team of IDA's and Retail.

- Opening up of new Franchisee across India.

- New Business development, buyers negotiation.

- Should be handling project business through architects and interior designers.

- Able to understand requirements from interior designers and architectures.

- Should possess analytical mind with strong business acumen.

- Close eye on each enquiry till execution on project .

- He/ She will be responsible for International Market.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Good communication skills.

- Undergraduate or Post-graduate in one of the relevant fields: Business Administration, Marketing, CRM

- Should posses excellent relationship building skills with potential clients.

- Team-oriented

- Enjoys working in an informal environment with a "growing company" culture

- Willingness to work from time to time over extended hours in order to achieve goals set by managers or customers
