Tender Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To search and identify the new opportunities best suitable to our organization and to manage the bid qualification (BID GO/NO GO) Process.
• Strong computer skills, strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• To prepare Pre-Qualification for selected bids along with Prebid Queries to attend the pre-bid meeting.
• To make site visits to ascertain the working atmosphere for tender and to take the effect of site conditions in the tender costing.
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation and contributing to the written proposal both in terms of content and presentation to the management.
• Contribution in cost and price calculations. (Bid Budgeting)
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks.
• Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation.
• Utilise agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis and documenting.
• To search and identify JV partners for particular bids.
• Effective liaison, support and assistance between tender process department and rest of organisation including JV partners if any.
• Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets.
• Arrange all post bid internal reviews for betterment in next bid.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Tender preparation and documents analysis bid submission.
• The preference will be given to the candidates having experience in the companies like L&T
• Should have knowledge and experience in cost optimization, preparing competitive offer, attend discussions with client, secure orders.
• Preparing summary of relevant tenders obtaining offers from vendors.
• Candidate should be well aware about all portals and the process of tendering for all government departments.
• Should have worked on Tendering and Estimation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in B-Tec (Civil), business, or any other field related to the position.
• Practical experience in a similar position is advantageous.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time.
• Well-developed negotiation skills.
• APMP Practitioner or Professional level.
