Job description Asst. Manager/Manager (Tool Room – Plastic)

Role & Responsibilities

• Candidate must be experience in Plastic injection tool manufacturing.
• Mold modification and improvements.
• Manufacturing feasibility study after design.
• Taking trials and trouble shouting of molds.
• Able to read 2D & 3D drawing.
• Planning and scheduling job as per requirement.
• Excellent skill and knowledge in Tool Validation and Corrective action plans.
• Maintain mold record, mold drawing and all the important information about the molds.
• Ensure Tool manufacturing as per customer standard specifications.
• Follow up and do all conventional machining activities
• Knowledge of all manufacturing process.
• Projects handling.
• Attend Mould Trials.
• Trouble shooting of injection and compression molds.
• New tool development.
