Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads.
• Providing information about real estate projects and services.
• Maintaining client relationships and answering queries.
• Scheduling appointments and site visits for interested clients.
• Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system with client details and interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• ducation: Graduate (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and manage calls professionally.
