Role & responsibilities

e are seeking a Business Analyst with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and providing valuable insights to help make data-driven decisions. A solid understanding of IT hardware and proficiency in MS Office, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights for business growth.

Develop and document business processes and workflows to ensure efficiency.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure project alignment with business goals.

Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Conduct data analysis and generate reports that support decision-making.

Assist in troubleshooting IT hardware issues and collaborate with the technical team for solutions.

Translate business needs into IT-related requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Communicate effectively with both English and Hindi-speaking stakeholders.

Support project management efforts and help track project timelines and milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hindi speaking is mandatory and other regional languages are preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing priorities.
