Job Title: CRM (Sales Coordinator) - B2B Sales

Role Overview:
We are looking for a CRM (Sales Coordinator) to support our B2B sales division, with a
focus on increasing revenue, maximizing client satisfaction, and driving cross-sell and
upsell opportunities. This role will work closely with existing channel partners,
including distributors and dealers, managing ongoing sales operations, order
coordination, and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners,
focusing on retention, satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upsell and
cross-sell to increase revenue.
Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team by managing sales order processing,
ensuring timely communication and coordination with partners on orders,
inventory, and delivery schedules.
Revenue Growth: Actively work with partners to uncover revenue growth
opportunities, strategically planning sales initiatives that align with Jack
Martins product offerings.
Target Tracking: Monitor target achievement vs. actual performance, tracking
each distributor and dealers monthly/quarterly sales against set goals.
Payment Collection: Coordinate closely with partners to ensure timely
payments, addressing any issues or delays and following up on outstanding
invoices.
Sales Planning: Support the creation and management of Partner Joint Plans
(PJP), working with the sales team and partners to align on monthly/quarterly
goals and promotional activities.
Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, order status,
and account activities to senior management, providing insights to enhance B2B
sales operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with finance, logistics, and customer
service teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient order processing, and
prompt issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B CRM, sales coordination, or account
management, preferably within consumer electronics or similar industries.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related eld.
Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management skills with
strong organizational abilities.
Sales Mindset: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets by maximizing
revenue from existing accounts.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales
tracking tools.
Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a commitment
to enhancing customer satisfaction.
