Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase revenue, enhance customer engagement, and improve user experience.
Manage the overall e-commerce business roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform the development of new products or services.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for performance, and aligned with brand standards.
Oversee product listings, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and compelling.
Develop and implement strategies for cross-selling, upselling, and product bundling.
Regularly analyze sales data, customer behavior, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Must Have
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
At least 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and performance optimization.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies clearly.
Nice to have
Knowledge of international e-commerce strategies and global market expansion.
Experience with ERP systems and integrations.
Familiarity with customer service software and support processes.
