Digital Head- B2B E-Commerce Portal

We are seeking an experienced Digital Head to lead the launch and development of our new B2B e-commerce portal. The ideal candidate should have experience working on e-commerce platforms from inception or collaborating with leading digital agencies. This role will focus on optimizing digital experiences, ensuring smooth platform performance, and driving traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of the B2B e-commerce platform to ensure top-notch user experience and performance.
• Develop and execute digital strategies to maximize sales, enhance engagement, and increase traffic.
• Oversee website architecture, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, content, and sales teams to integrate tools, systems, and processes seamlessly.
• Implement and analyze advanced website performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
• Drive UX/UI improvements to enhance user journeys and boost conversion rates.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the e-commerce and digital landscape.
• Ensure search engine optimization (SEO) best practices are incorporated into all initiatives.
• Manage and optimize platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress, and related tools (HTML/CSS knowledge preferred).

Qualifications-

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering; MBA from a top-tier institute is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce platform management or digital agency roles.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital platforms with a focus on optimization and ROI.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, SEO, and website analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and website management tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, WordPress).
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
