Job Overview:
1. Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw and packing materials, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety
standards.
2. Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and ensure accurate SAP entries.
3. Coordinate material sampling and approvals with relevant departments.
4. Manage material storage and segregation according to required conditions and status labeling.
5. Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse as per SOP.
6. Adhere to FIFO and FEFO principles for material issuance and dispensing.
7. Prepare and maintain cGMP documents related to warehouse activities.
8. Conduct stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.
9. Manage quality management system (QMS) activities, including change control, incident reporting, and OOS
investigations.
10. Oversee the dispatch of saleable intermediates/APIs and maintain related records.
11. Monitor daily stock registers and raise retest notes for materials nearing retest periods.
12. Manage audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
Requirement:

8 -10+ years of experience in warehouse management within API sector.
BSc, MSc, or any relevant master's degree with relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of cGMP, safety norms, and SAP.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
