Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager with 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

2. Warehouse Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receipt, storage, and shipment of pharmaceutical products.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, including FDA, DEA, and cGMP guidelines.

4. Inventory Management: Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.

5. Team Management: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, including warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and warehouse workers.

6. Shipping and Receiving: Manage the shipping and receiving process, including coordinating with transportation providers and ensuring accurate documentation.

7. Cold Chain Management: Ensure the proper storage and handling of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.

8. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of pharmaceutical products.

9. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage warehouse budgets and costs, including labor, equipment, and supplies.

10. Audits and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare for audits and inspections.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. Experience: 12+ years of experience in warehouse management in the API pharmaceutical industry.

1. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, including FDA, DEA, and cGMP guidelines.

2. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
