Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the execution, planning, and management of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and related infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, manpower planning, material planning, and site supervision to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Supervise and monitor the execution of civil works for WTP, STP, and associated infrastructure.
• Planning & Coordination: Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Manpower Planning: Allocate and manage site workforce efficiently to optimize productivity.
• Material Planning & Procurement: Assess material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Ensure construction activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily/weekly reports on work progress, site activities, and project milestones.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques for WTP & STP projects.
• Proficiency in project execution, site supervision, material management, and manpower allocation.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Familiarity with government regulations and environmental standards related to WTP & STP projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
