Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations (Hyderabad & Pune).
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences.
  
• Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates meeting client expectations.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them effectively.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
