Billing Engineer

Location: Head Office-Vile Parle, Mumbai

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (C)

Experience: 3-6 years

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for receiving, verifying, processing & detailed entry of all sub-contractor bills (i.e. PRW, consultants, task without material) recieved from site billing department.

To prepare Abstract Sheet by referring the work order for every contractor

Responsible for preparation & submission of reconciliation reports of various activities on monthly basis.

Monthly submission of Bill Status report to all concerned departments & higher authorities

Responsible for receiving and verifying the PRW sub-contractor bills for calculating the labour manhours deployed at pan India project sites.

Prepare a cumulative data (labour report) for every subcontractor deployed in each site

Share the monthly labour report to compliance and MIS department
