Billing Engineer (Client & Subcontractor Billing)

Location: Site Office, Thane, Mumbai

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (C)

Experience: 3-6 years

Role & responsibilities

CLIENT BILLING :

Prepare daily work done amount for client by referring DPR, measurement sheets . Incorporate each element activity done and calculate its amount from approved rate item

Responsible for proposal drafting for any variations/extra items by understanding the measurements of the work, cost involved & getting it duly approved by client

Preparation of supporting documents for the raising of client bills

SUB-CONTRACTOR BILLING :

Preparartion of sub-contractor work order and reponsible for initial negotiation basis the drawing specification, work volume, rate item and Issue the work order after getting it duly approved by the authorities

Responsible for preparing monthly bills for - Supply (labour) contractor, Task work contractors and 3rd party / consultants

Checking of the sub-contractor bills for mandatory documents before submission to Accounts team for processing
