Deputy Manager - CQA

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. To conduct the Vendor Audits (Raw Material and Packaging Material)

2. To prepare vendor audit schedule, planning for audits, co-ordination with Purchase team.

3. To review the vendor qualification related documents like Vendor Questionnaire, Audit report, Quality agreement, DMF & all related declarations.

4. To Handle Regulatory Queries

5. To present the Vendor Qualification Documents & System during Regulatory Inspection & Customer Audit at our own manufacturing Sites.

6. Support in investigation of market complaint & CAPA Tracking.

Specific Skill : 1. Adequate knowledge about current Regulatory Requirements.

2. Adequate knowledge about Good Warehouse Practices and Good Distribution Practices.

3. Well versed with Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP, DMS.

4. Excellent communication, listening, Managerial skills

5. Willing to travel

Qualification : B. Pharm, M. Pharm, M. Sc. Experience : Min. 09-12 Years of experience
