Job Description
IVP Limited is looking for Assistant Manager - IT to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Team Management: Assisting in managing a team of IT professionals, including technicians, engineers, administrators, and support staff
- Project Management: Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
- Technical Support: Providing technical guidance and support to the IT team and end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Vendor Management: Collaborating with IT vendors and suppliers to procure hardware, software, and services as needed
- Cybersecurity: Assisting in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems
- IT Strategy: Contributing to the development of IT strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with the organization's goals
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards
- User Training: Organizing and conducting training sessions for end-users to enhance their IT skills and awareness
- Technology Evaluation: Assisting in evaluating new technologies, software, and tools that could benefit the organization
- Reporting: Compiling and presenting reports on IT operations, projects, and performance to IT management and other stakeholders
- Change Management: Assisting in managing IT changes and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Keyskill
Strong Knowledge of SAP FICO Module, Understanding of Business process of Manufacturing Organization, Analytical and problem solving skills, communication and teamwork abilities
